These are hands-down the best highlighters I've ever used. I love being able to see the line I'm highlighting. Nice bright, but translucent highlights. A bit of bleed-through, but not bad.

Literally the coolest and most unique highlighters you'll find anywhere. Straight from Japan by the looks of it, even the tags are in Japanese. Obviously, highlighters aren't just for looks. These also work great as well.
