The stamp came out fine. But the metal would not screw on to the handle no matter how many ways I tried. Had other people try as well. Simple would not screw in.

I disliked the product. The letters were to small. But because its custom made I cant return it. wright.

Service:Sorry for that, we have already suggested customer does not include too many letters on it, in that case, the letters may too small, but the customer insists on his design.
PS: 1- 4 letters is best, 5-10 letters is ok, not recommend more than 10 letters
