Boil your egg first, then put it in the mold, then put it in the fridge or ice water for a few moments.

Easy to use, easy to clean. Does exactly what it says it will. It does take a while but it was cute in the center of my deviled eggs for a Halloween party.

So, there is a learning curve with these. A few blogs read to get better mold results. Put it in the mold warm, cool it down in the mold, i.e. and ice water bath. It seems the longer you leave it the better the results. I have found 10 Minutes will do the trick.

It's not so straightforward though. You have to cook the egg to a certain point and then leave it in the refrigerator for some time. But it works!
