Not what was expected. Too large for a mug works better in a teapot. Difficult to hold open and fill with tea.

I love the slide. Some Tea comes out of any device I ever used.

Returned because the halves don't slide far enough apart to do a quick emptying of wet tea leaves.
Baskets hold enough tea leaves to infuse 2 cups.
