Tweezers can tweeze like the best of 'em and the spats work good too. I plan on using the sauce spoons soon, but havent as of yet.

I'm not versed in cake decorating but I have used these for intricate appetizer placement and they worked very well . You should clean them up after receiving them or before using them. Like them!
