Came very quickly and as pictured here. My only complaint is that the wax is hard to break into pieces. I really like the melting spoon. The colors are vibrant, had no issue with them. The seal was nice as well. Everyone liked them. Please be advised: the spoon will turn black from the flame(but the black rubs off). The symbols on the wax sticks indicate where to break them to make an efficient sized seal on the envelope. You must heat the spoon a little to get the previous color out when changing colors. A very nice product and something cool for us history buffs and fantasy lovers(I am both) ^___^

High quality wax included in this set, but the design on the heart is way too complicated for my taste. Yes, it is pretty, but it has too much going on. Less is more.

Service:sorry for the waiting, custom products takes 3-5 days for production, and the shipping takes 10-15 days to USA

I enjoy the stamp; the spoon holder can get warm if held a long time over the candle. The wax sticks do not melt as nicely as I might like - there is no wick to facilitate that - and so I have to drop the wax into the spoon and then warm the spoon once I get the amount of wax I want in there. It is a bit cumbersome but I do enjoy it, so overall I am happy.

Nice basic stamp kit for a beginner. The Merry Christmas kit wax sticks DO NOT have a wick inside and you have to break them and put them in the metal spoon - I found it difficult to cut with an exacto knife. After reading other reviews, It seems that I could have taken a lighter and melted it instead and not bothered breaking it into the spoon. Gold wax was a little yellowy but not awful. Red was a bit transparent.
