It really requires a pan with lots of flat space. I’m looking to get a square pan. I use a 12” round pan, but can only get 2 in their flat!!

Easy to use, easy to clean. Exactly what we wanted to make eggs the right size for sandwiches. This also makes it easier to cook multiple eggs at the same time.

They could br e little heavier so as to lay flatter on the pan preventing egg from oozing out
