This is a bakers staple for dough's and fondant work.

I’ve used many mats before and this one was a bit thinner than I’m used to. It worked perfect for my 400 degree recipe and cleaned very well.Nice having the sizing and measurements all marked, perfect for macaroons.

I got the large mat, it is big, do not set hot items on it or use sharp anything, hand wash and let dry, common sense.

I like this mat. I used it to roll out pie dough tonight. It works very nicely. It's easy to clean and nice to store.

Got this to roll our sugar cookies out and to cut the design without them sticking to the surface and it works better than what I was using.

It's useful product but when you try to stick on the wall its falling down after an hour.

As I make custom cakes I was looking for the mat which is easy to use n big enough to use for the fondant.. it works great .. easy storage as well !

This mat is a replacement for a one I used for many years but recently split. I only use it for rolling out pasty and cookies and I like that it doesn't slip on the counter and is easy to wash. I have not tried baking on it yet but will update this review if I do.

thickness is good, which makes it easy to make dough. size is big enough for large size dough

I started using these for making round bread (chapathi and Naan), it makes the area less messy and makes my process easy and smooth

I ordered this mat to spread out fondant. The mat is nice but the ink on it creates the images on the fondant, and if the mat is not perfectly flat the air bubbles are also noticeable.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is much thinner material than other silicone pastry mats I have purchased so I am not sure how durable it will end up being. Otherwise, I really like this! Very handy to have the measurments on it!
