First silicone cooking product to use and LOVE these! Spray a little olive oil in, drop in your egg and poach - egg slides out very easily.

These are great. I always poached my eggs by swirling the water really fast but that was just too much work and I could only do one at time...I have 6 people to cook for. This saves a lot of time and energy.

I didn't the first time and a film of eggs stuck to the cups. The 2nd time I wiped a minimal drop of oil on a paper towel and it worked like a charm for cleanup. Very happy with purchase.
