It stabilizes my hand for doing fine detail work on cakes and cookies.

Works well. It is a bit of a pain to try to get the end of the bag through the part between the press and the main part of the body, but otherwise I liked it.

I bought this as I have made some cakes in the past and the writing never came out the way I wanted it to. His really helped me. Will be using this quite often.
