I really have no idea how well it cleans or what its usable life span is. I do have to say, though, my buddy loved it!

Regarding the Trump toilet paper, The Wife said she did not want that man near her bottom.

I purchased this as a gift. It is hilarious. Recipient said they weren't going to use until impeachment. Hopefully, I will be able to update this soon.
