The original ball that we received did not work. I contacted Amazon and had the replacement in 2 days! The new one worked perfectly and we are very happy and impressed.

I love the plasma ball , I just wish it was more brighter.

The first one was broke due to poor packaging. The replacement came in beter packaging. Looks really cool and had several comments about it from Friends. I give it 4 stars do to the poor packaging and having to send back.

This is for my grandson who likes it very much. I did read that the glass can break easily and have cautioned him about that. It has nice lighting and he seems to enjoy it.

Works Great and fun. Better Quality than the other one I had. The sound setting seems to only react to the loudest sounds.

This was a gift that was sent directly to my 21-yr. old grandson. He reports liking it a lot. I know it arrived on time and in good condition.

Bought this as a surprise gift for our 13 year old son. He loves it. Only reason not five stars is that the voice activated setting didn't with week. But, the normal on so works perfectly.

Worked fine. Best seen in dim light.
